Samba worked with a leading Broadcaster to help promote a show to people who enjoy comedy and drive high tune-in rates.The two strategies we used to accomplish this:

  1. Content Affinity: We targeted viewers watching similar comedy shows such as The Odd Couple, Modern Family, etc. for higher contextual relevance.
  2. Sync and Retarget: We timed the digital ads to coincide with TV promos for maximum recall, impact, and higher tune-in rates.

This resulted in 82% VCR and 19% VTR, with a verified tune-in rate uplift of over 4x.
